Job summary

Daifuku North America is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on baggage handling systems and related equipment at our Baltimore facility.

You will diagnose equipment failures, perform electrical and mechanical repairs, and mentor junior staff while adhering to safety policies. A valid driver’s license and the ability to obtain security badges are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of mechanical or electrical experience.
• Ability to work non-traditional schedules including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance including preventive, routine, and emergency tasks.
• Diagnose equipment failures and ensure safe operation.
• Mentor and guide maintenance staff; may lead in absence of seniors.
• Read repair manuals and schematics; follow supervisor instructions.
