Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field; six years of related experience.
• Master's degree may substitute for up to two years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements short- and long-range strategies, objectives, policies, and priorities.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State, Local, and industry regulations.
• Assists in budget preparation and monitoring; ensures divisions operate within budget.
• Develops and implements SOPs, policies, and procedures for programs and department activities.
• Acts as official departmental representative to boards, City departments, and external agencies.
• Coordinates activities with other City departments, agencies, and service providers.
• Leads in security program leadership and incident response preparedness.
