The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of ramp operations leadership, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication skills. This is a full‑time position with rotating shifts and benefits at a premier airport location.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of management/leadership experience in an airfield ramp operations environment.
• Proficient English required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with multiple departments.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and coordinate all airfield ramp operations and staff.
• Direct daily activities, schedules, and on‑the‑job training.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high-quality service at Dulles Airport.
• Respond quickly to incidents or emergencies and document findings.
• Build relationships with customers and airport officials to maintain operations.
