Unifi Aviation, LLC in Dulles, VA is seeking an Airport Ramp Supervisor for the IAD Afternoon shift. The role leads a ramp team, marshals aircraft, handles baggage, de-icing, and operates ramp equipment.

Part-time, non-exempt with PM shift starting at 3:00pm, offering competitive pay and flight privileges after 30 days. Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, able to obtain airport credentials, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain required airport credentials.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Lead a ramp team and marshal aircraft to/from gates.
• Load, unload, and sort baggage and company materials.
• Operate ramp equipment (stairs, bridges, belt loaders, tow tractors).
• Perform pre- and post-shift inspections and safety checks.
• Assist with de-icing and cabin servicing as needed.
• Adhere to safety, anti-harassment and equal employment opportunity policies.
