Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Dulles, VA is seeking a Part-Time Ramp Agent to marshal aircraft, load/unload baggage, de-ice as needed, and maintain safety while guiding aircraft to gates. This role supports the ramp team and ensures timely, secure operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leading a team, operating ramp equipment, performing cabin service duties if assigned, and adhering to safety, anti-harassment, and equal employment opportunity policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Preferred Qualifications: One year of relevant work experience in the aviation or ground handling industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of agents in ramp service duties.
• Marshal the aircraft on the ramp for all arriving, departing and towed aircraft.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer baggage and freight in/out of aircraft bins or carts.
• Operate ramp equipment such as bag tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors.
• Adhere to Safety, Anti-Harassment and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.
