City of Austin’s Airport Department is seeking a Contract Management Specialist III to oversee a diverse portfolio of airport revenue contracts and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will develop revenue solicitations, coordinate contract implementation, monitor performance, and maintain strong relationships with concessionaires.

This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, plus four years of related experience.
• Experience may substitute for education up to four years.
• A Master’s Degree may substitute for required experience up to two years.

Responsabilités

• Monitor a portfolio of revenue-generating contracts.
• Assist in developing, drafting, and coordinating revenue solicitations.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports related to contract performance, revenue, compliance findings, and KPIs.
• Conduct routine inspections of leased space to verify compliance.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and serve as primary point of contact for contract inquiries.
