Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is hiring a Contract Management Specialist III to develop and manage complex contracts and grants within the Aviation Department’s Purchasing Unit. You will prepare bid documents, monitor contract performance, and provide data analyses to support procurement decisions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and four years of experience, with a Master’s degree capable of substituting for some experience. On-site at AUS with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Public Administration with four years of related experience.
• Master’s Degree may substitute for required experience up to two years.
• Ability to explain and demonstrate essential functions with or without accommodations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare bid requests and specifications for Invitations for Bid, RFPs and RFQs.
• Coordinate contract requirements and monitor contractor performance.
• Develop and manage contract databases and reporting.
• Review budget and track funds and expenditures.
• Assist in negotiations and vendor communications.
