AeroVironment is seeking a Procurement Expeditor to ensure timely material delivery, support production schedules, and maintain optimal inventory. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, reviewing orders, and maintaining records in our ERP system. Strong organizational skills and ITAR awareness are essential for success in this role.

Qualificações

• AS/AA degree or equivalent in supply chain/logistics.
• 2+ years of related education, training and experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Power BI desired.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor inventory levels and anticipate shortages or excesses.
• Review purchase orders and delivery schedules for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Purchasing to prioritize open orders and advise PO changes.
• Collaborate with Receiving to inspect incoming materials for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of material transactions in inventory systems.
• Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes and reduce costs.
• Resolve shipping delays or damaged goods promptly.
• Communicate with internal teams, suppliers and transportation providers for smooth flow.
• Assist in developing and implementing inventory management strategies.
• Coordinate with Purchasing to pull in or push out purchase orders.
• Other duties as assigned.
