SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager for Customer Service and Inventory Management in the Aerospace sector. You will lead spares and OEM delivery improvement projects to enhance on-time shipping to customers.

You'll collaborate with planning, buying, operations and execution teams across multiple sites, drive prioritization, and prepare leadership status reports using SAP, Rapid Response, Business Objects, Access and Excel to monitor recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
• 2+ years experience in Integrated Supply Chain, Materials Management.
• Strong data analysis skills with Excel, Access, Rapid Response.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace level spares and OEM delivery improvement projects for customer.
• Identify and resolve chronic issues preventing parts from shipping to customers.
• Create and use line-of-balance analyses to detect supply/demand disconnects.
• Coordinate with multiple aerospace sites and planning, buying, operations to drive customer recovery.
• Drive standardized prioritization and communication of hardware availability to support customers.
• Prepare leadership report outs on customer recovery status.
• Utilize ERP and data tools such as SAP, Rapid Response, Business Objects, Access, and Excel.
