Team JAS, Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an MRO Administrator to support order management, quotes, and vendor coordination within a fast-paced aviation repair environment.

You will monitor repair orders, source parts, maintain records in Quantum Control, and provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Strong organization and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in order management, customer service, or administrative support in aviation/repair services.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including professional email.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and data accuracy in records.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
• Basic problem-solving and adherence to established processes.

Responsabilités

• Place orders for parts and repairs and source components; follow up on status to meet turnaround times.
• Provide accurate quotes for internal and external repairs; follow up with customers on quotes.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors; conduct vendor quality audits.
• Monitor overdue repair orders and track progress; update notes.
• Source and manage parts to ensure repair timelines.
• Manage rotables for repair and track documentation.
• Update order status in Quantum Control in real time.
• Prepare reports, maintain files, and assist Maintenance Manager with daily operations.
• Provide prompt and professional customer service; address questions on timelines and costs.
• Assist clerks with pulling parts after customer approvals.
