The engineer will mentor junior staff, maintain up-to-date knowledge of design practices, and support aircraft testing preparation and reporting as needed.

• Optimizes designs with Manufacturing Engineers to reduce costs and assembly errors.
• Ensures designs meet customer criteria, quality standards and FAA requirements.
