Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced electrical engineer to create, modify, and review complex electrical designs for VIP and commercial aircraft interiors. You will lead the architecture development, draft wire diagrams, and ensure all work meets FAA requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

The role involves collaboration with clients and vendors, mentoring junior engineers, and supporting project scheduling and estimates to ensure on-time delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Electrical engineering with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Aviation experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Creates a master drawing list of electrical systems drawings and documents for project level STC.
• Defines electrical system architecture development to meet client and regulatory requirements for interiors.
• Designs wire diagrams, wire kits, and other technical documents using engineering tools.
• Reviews completed drawing packages and approves for release.
• Supports verification and test procedures to comply with FAA design requirements.
• Interacts with clients, FAA designees, and vendors to ensure designs meet requirements.
