NorthState Aviation in the United States is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Mechanic to oversee Boeing transport category aircraft tasks, coordinate crews, and ensure timely completion of maintenance orders.

The role requires 4+ years on Boeing transport aircraft, prior lead experience, and supervision; open to any shift. You will brief crews, monitor work, and maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Formación

• At least 4 years maintenance experience on Boeing transport category aircraft.
• Prefer at least 2 years' experience as a Lead maintenance mechanic on a Boeing transport category.
• Prefer at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Perform crew briefings on maintenance requests and job requirements.
• Ensure shift turnover reports are completed.
• Verify time collection and leave records; ensure duty time compliance.
• Assist in organizing daily work packages with Lead Mechanic and Planning Department personnel.
• Monitor task assignments with Lead Mechanic and Project Manager.
• Ensure segregation and identification of repair station/customer components.
• Assume duties of Lead or Temp Lead Mechanic in their absence.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with company policy.
