Airborne Maintenance & Engineering Services in Wilmington, OH seeks a Line Maintenance Lead Technician to oversee aircraft maintenance and lead crews. You will ensure safe, on-time execution within FAA guidelines and budgets, while coordinating with customers to Return to Service aircraft.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, experience with transport-category maintenance and Boeing aircraft, and ability to travel as needed.

Competenze

• Four years of transport category aircraft maintenance experience.
• Two years maintenance on Boeing aircraft.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Mansioni

• Troubleshoot, inspect, and perform routine and non-routine maintenance on customer aircraft within FAA guidelines.
• Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals to determine repair methods.
• Accurately complete all paperwork and data submissions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with Customer Maintenance Control to Return to Service aircraft.
• Document maintenance actions per company, customer, and FAA guidelines.
• Obtain RII qualifications to perform inspector duties when requested.
• Promote safety and operate ground support equipment as needed.
• Manage equipment, tooling, and materials and optimize asset usage.
• Lead teams, plan work, assign tasks, and help set priorities.
• Resolve issues encountered during tasks with technicians on the crew.
