MRO Holdings Inc. in Salem, NC seeks a qualified maintenance supervisor with Boeing transport category experience to lead maintenance teams, ensure FAR Part 65 compliance, and coordinate with Lead Mechanics and Planning Department. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities include crew briefings, accurate timekeeping, workload organization, and prioritizing safety and quality. Open to shift schedules; travel may be required.

Competenze

• A&P License in good standing is required.
• FAR Part 65 Subpart D certification is required.
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance on Boeing transport category aircraft.
• Lead maintenance mechanic experience on Boeing transport category is preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience is preferred.
• Open to working any shift or schedule.

Mansioni

• Perform crew briefings to provide information to employees regarding maintenance requirements and customer needs.
• Ensure all shift turnover reports are completed accurately.
• Verify time collection, vacation, and sick leave for subordinates; ensure compliance with duty time regulations.
• Organize daily work packages with the Lead Mechanic and Planning Department personnel.
• Monitor task assignments and status with the Lead Mechanic and Project Manager.
• Ensure segregation and identification of repair station/customer components.
• Apply the relevant manual chapters and sections to position duties.
• Maintain organization of cards awaiting parts or tooling in designated areas.
• Complete maintenance tasks in accordance with company policy.
• Fill in for Lead or Temp Lead Mechanic in their absence.
