Job summary

NorthState Aviation in Missouri is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance activities for Boeing and Airbus transport category aircraft, providing hands-on leadership and coordinating with customer representatives on project oversight.

The role requires 5+ years of aerospace maintenance experience, 2+ years in supervision, and the ability to coordinate with Production Control, Planning, and Tooling & Materials to ensure timely, compliant work completion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years maintenance experience on Boeing and Airbus transport category aircraft
• 3+ years as a Lead maintenance mechanic on Boeing and Airbus transport category
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience

Responsibilities

• Assumes and performs all duties of a Maintenance Supervisor as needed
• Direct liaison between the customer representative and North State Aviation regarding project oversight
• Coordinates work scope changes requested by the customer with the Manager of Production Control and Planning
• Coordinates technical requirements for customer issues relating to engineering assistance, material substitutions, specialized tooling, etc.
• Ensures all routine and non-routine cards rejected by Auditors are addressed with maintenance personnel
• NOTE: The Project Manager may delegate all duties to any qualified individual, however, such delegation does not relieve the Project Manager of overall responsibilities
