Job summary

North State Aviation is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee aircraft maintenance activities and serve as the primary liaison with customers on project scope and status. Qualifications

• At least 5 years maintenance experience on Boeing and Airbus transport category aircraft.
• Prefer at least 3 years’ experience as a Lead maintenance mechanic on Boeing and Airbus transport category.
• Prefer at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes and performs all duties of a Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
• Direct Liaison between the customer representative and North State Aviation regarding project oversight.
• Coordinates scope changes with Production Control and Planning manager.
• Coordinates technical requirements for customer issues relating to engineering assistance, material substitutions, specialized tooling, etc.
• Works with Production Control and Planning and Tooling & Materials managers to identify and process requests for specialized tooling.
• Ensures all routine and non-routine cards rejected by Auditors are addressed with maintenance personnel.
• Performs additional duties as may be assigned.
