Job summary

MROH in California is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate crew briefings, manage shift turnover, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks on Boeing transport category aircraft.

You will oversee timekeeping accuracy, lead daily work packages with the Lead Mechanic and Planning Department, monitor task assignments, and stand in for the Lead Mechanic as needed, while upholding safety and company policy.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years maintenance experience on Boeing transport category aircraft.
• Prefer at least 2 years' experience as a Lead maintenance mechanic on a Boeing transport category.
• Prefer at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform crew briefings and ensure completion of shift turnover reports.
• Verify and maintain accurate timekeeping, vacation, and sick leave records.
• Assist in organizing daily work packages with Lead Mechanic and Planning Department personnel.
• Monitor task assignments and status with Lead Mechanic and Project Manager.
• Ensure segregation and identification of repair station/customer components.
• Perform maintenance tasks in accordance with company policy.
• Assist as needed in the absence of the Lead or Temp Lead Mechanic.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
