Greenpoint Technologies, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to oversee Electrical Engineering teams within the Engineering Department.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality electrical solutions for aircraft interiors, ensuring modifications meet schedule, budget, and certification requirements. The ideal candidate will manage the design and certification of systems including air-conditioning, cabin management, in-flight entertainment, power distribution, lighting, and safety systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight for Electrical Engineering teams within Greenpoint’s Engineering Department.
• Ensures adherence to schedule, budget and quality in accordance with program requirements.
• Leads and manages a team of Engineers to design/certify aircraft modifications for various systems.
• Provides staffing plans and anticipates critical path issues to meet schedules and budgets.
• Coaches, trains and mentors Design Engineers to maintain efficiency across projects.
