Job summary

Greenpoint Technologies seeks a seasoned Electrical Engineering leader to oversee teams delivering aircraft interior electrical systems for Commercial, VIP, and Special Mission jets. You will guide research, design, modification, installation, integration, certification, and testing while ensuring schedule, cost and quality targets are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 8+ years in aerospace, and at least 2 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 8 years of industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading a team of engineers.
• Aerospace background required.
• US Person status per ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Electrical Engineering team to deliver on-time, on-budget aircraft interior electrical systems.
• Design/certify aircraft modifications for systems such as cabin management, lighting, power distribution, and media/communication.
• Ensure designs meet technical requirements and manufacturing/install considerations.
• Conduct staffing plans, performance reviews, and salary discussions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments and vendors to align on strategy and execution.
