Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of related experience; OR Master’s with 10 years; OR PhD with 8 years.
• Active US Government Secret clearance (and option for Top Secret) within time frame.
• Ability to obtain/maintain SAP clearance and Interim Top Secret clearance.
• Experience with design CAD tools such as NX or CPLM.
• Experience in supplier/customer relationship management and aircraft manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time engineering solutions during aircraft modifications and address non-conforming parts.
• Coordinate across design, manufacturing, and supply chain to resolve technical issues.
• Manage stakeholder integration with Chief Engineers, Program Managers, and clients.
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Utilize 3D CAD tools to support detailed design tasks.
