Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, engineering, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in air permitting or regulatory compliance programs.
Ability to read, interpret complex environmental rules, permits, guidance, and agency correspondence.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee review and development of projects to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
Manage preconstruction and operating air permits, tracking, renewal, and interpretation.
Develop and direct air permitting strategies for facilities and projects, evaluating regulatory risks and supporting business decisions.
Oversee preparation, review, submittal, and agency support of air permit applications and related filings.
Provide oversight and prioritization for environmental team members, plants, and consultants.
