Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC seeks a Senior AIOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage AIOps across DoW networks in a secure environment. You will lead cross-team integrations with Network Engineering, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, and Splunk ITSI to deliver automated incident response and elevated mission availability.

You will architect telemetry pipelines, develop ML models with Splunk MLTK, and ensure secure data ingestion from cross-domain solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Splunk Enterprise design, clustering and SPL usage.
• 3+ years implementing AIOps workflows with ServiceNow integration.
• Proven ML model development and tuning using Splunk MLTK.
• DoD/DoW operations center experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication for leadership reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIOps platform initiative and liaison among Network Engineering, ServiceNow and SolarWinds teams.
• Architect closed-loop remediation workflows blending Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain Splunk AIOps across classified enclaves for real-time situational awareness.
• Correlate SolarWinds data with server and app logs for enterprise health.
• Develop ML models to detect anomalies, threats, and degradations.
• Build secure data ingestion pipelines from cross-domain solutions.
• Use ITSI to reduce noise and prioritize high-impact mission alerts.
• Collaborate with CSSP to align AIOps insights with cyber defense.
• Stay updated on AIOps capabilities relevant to DoD missions.
