Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior AIOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of AIOps for DoW networks and systems. You will orchestrate integrations across Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds, using Splunk ITSI and MLTK to deliver descriptive and predictive analytics and automated incident response.

A TS/SCI clearance and IAT Level II certification are required. You will collaborate with CSSP, ensure DoW STIG/IL5/IL6 compliance, and guide cross-team efforts to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with Splunk Enterprise including design, clustering, and SPL.
• 3+ years implementing AIOps workflows with enterprise ITSM integrations (ServiceNow).
• Proven ML experience using Splunk MLTK for anomaly detection and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for the AIOps initiative across Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams.
• Architect closed-loop remediation by integrating Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain Splunk AIOps across unclassified and classified enclaves for real-time visibility.
• Integrate telemetry from SolarWinds with server and application logs for holistic health view.
• Develop secure data ingestion pipelines for cross-domain telemetry and edge devices.
• Collaborate with CSSP to feed AIOps insights into cyber defense operations.
