Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC seeks a Senior AIOps Engineer to design, deploy, and manage AIOps capabilities securing DoW networks and systems. You will lead cross-functional teams across Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds, delivering closed-loop automation and real-time observability.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance, DoD operations experience, and strong Splunk/MlTK expertise. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits within a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire.
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP) required.
• United States Citizenship required.
• 7+ years with Splunk Enterprise architecture and SPL.
• 3+ years implementing AIOps workflows with ServiceNow.
• Experience building ML models with Splunk MLTK.
• Strong scripting/automation skills (Python).
• DoD/NOC/SOC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AIOps platform initiative across Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams.
• Architect closed-loop remediation workflows integrating Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain Splunk AIOps across unclassified and classified enclaves for real-time visibility.
• Integrate telemetry from SolarWinds with server and application logs for holistic health view.
• Deploy ML models via Splunk MLTK to detect anomalies and threats.
• Build secure data ingestion pipelines for telemetry from cross-domain solutions.
• Correlate multi-source events to reduce noise and prioritize mission alerts.
• Collaborate with CSSP to integrate AIOps insights into cyber defense operations.
• Document architecture and ensure compliance with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6.
• Stay current on AIOps capabilities relevant to DoD and federal missions.
