Job summary

Sarela Technology Solutions seeks a senior AIOps architect to lead the platform initiative, aligning telemetry and automation across networking, ServiceNow, and monitoring tools. You will drive unified telemetry pipelines and real-time observability for mission-critical DoD systems.

Responsibilities include integrating Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow, maintaining cross-domain data integrity, and deploying ML models to detect anomalies and threats. TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire.
• Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP) required.
• United States Citizenship is required.
• 7+ years with Splunk Enterprise including design and SPL.
• 3+ years implementing AIOps workflows with ServiceNow for automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIOps platform initiative as the primary technical liaison to engineering and administration teams.
• Architect closed-loop remediation workflows by integrating Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow modules.
• Architect and maintain Splunk AIOps across unclassified and classified enclaves.
• Normalize and correlate network telemetry with server and app logs for holistic enterprise health.
• Deploy ML models via Splunk MLTK to detect anomalies and cyber threats.
• Engineer secure data ingestion pipelines from cross-domain solutions and edge devices.
• Use ITSI to correlate multi-source events, reducing noise and prioritizing incidents.
• Collaborate with CSSP to align AIOps insights with defensive cyber operations.
• Ensure observability tools comply with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6; maintain architecture docs.
