Job summary

JCS Solutions seeks a Senior AIOps Engineer to lead critical mission ITSM modernization in a secure DoW environment. You will design, deploy, and manage AIOps solutions to improve reliability and security across networks and systems.

You will integrate Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow, orchestrate automation, and drive incident reduction while maintaining compliance with DoW STIGs and IL5/IL6 protocols.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance at time of hire.
• 7+ years with Splunk Enterprise and SPL.
• 3+ years implementing AIOps with ITSM integrations (ServiceNow).
• 1+ year leading cross-functional teams in mission-critical environments.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities (Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead AIOps platform initiative across Network Eng, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams.
• Architect closed-loop remediation workflows integrating Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow.
• Maintain Splunk AIOps across unclassified and classified enclaves.
• Ingest and correlate telemetry from SolarWinds, servers, and apps.
• Develop ML models with Splunk MLTK to detect anomalies and threats.
• Ensure secure data ingestion from cross-domain solutions and tactical devices.
• Reduce incident noise and prioritize high-impact mission alerts.
• Document architecture and compliance tracing per DoW/IL5/IL6.
