Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to help large enterprises move to automation-first IT operations. The role requires deep run experience in enterprise IT operations and leadership in delivering AIOps programs across multi-cloud environments.

You will shape CIO-level business cases, design phased delivery roadmaps, and contribute to client workshops and proposals. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting with run experience.
• Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for performance, delivery, or reliability.
• Minimum 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years total), or 6 years with Associate’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures based on enterprise run experience.
• Frame the CIO-facing vision and business case for automation-first operations.
• Build phased roadmaps, workstream structures, and operating model transitions.
• Lead the automation opportunity assessment and prioritize impactful automation.
• Shape the operating model with role, process, and governance redesign.
• Support business development with client workshops and proposals.
• Provide thought leadership on AI-driven capabilities and governance.
