Accenture seeks an experienced Senior Manager to lead AIOps and agentic operations advisory, bringing real-world run experience at scale to design and deliver automation-first transformations. You will craft CIO-facing business cases, frame roadmaps, and guide cross-functional teams to execute complex client engagements.

The role requires 8+ years in IT operations and 3+ years in AIOps programs, with a leadership track and willingness to travel up to 100% depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting with hands-on running enterprise operations.
• Leadership experience with accountability for operational performance, service delivery, or infrastructure reliability in a complex enterprise.
• 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic architectures grounded in enterprise run experience.
• Frame the CIO audience with a clear business case and a path to automation-first operations.
• Build delivery plans with phased roadmaps, workstreams, tooling selections, and governance.
• Assess automation opportunities, prioritise quick wins vs. risky implementations.
• Lead operating model transitions, redesign roles and processes for agentic environments.
• Support business development through client workshops and proposals, leveraging operations credibility.
• Provide thought leadership on autonomous operations, multi-agent orchestration, and governance frameworks.
