Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager for AIOps & Agentic Operations Advisory to help large enterprises move to automation-first IT operations. The role requires running enterprise operations at scale, and leading modernization initiatives with measurable outcomes.

The position involves shaping operating models, delivering phased roadmaps, and guiding multi-team delivery while engaging CIO stakeholders and supporting business development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting with hands-on operations at scale.
• 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance, service delivery, or infrastructure reliability.
• 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; Associate's requires 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience.
• Frame the vision for CIO audiences and translate into a clear business case and path to automation-first target state.
• Build delivery plans with phased roadmaps, workstreams, tooling choices, and operating model transitions.
• Assess automation opportunities, distinguishing quick wins from risky implementations.
• Lead the operating model transition with redesigned roles, processes, and governance.
• Support business development through client workshops and proposal contributions.
• Provide thought leadership on intelligent operations, including multi-agent orchestration and governance.
