Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure engineering, or technology consulting with hands-on run experience
• Minimum 8+ years in a leadership role with accountability for operational performance and reliability in a complex enterprise
• Minimum 3+ years designing and delivering AIOps, automation, or intelligent operations programs with measurable outcomes
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate’s, minimum 6 years used for overall experience

Responsibilities

• Design AIOps and agentic operations architectures grounded in real enterprise run experience
• Frame the CIO-focused business case and transition path to automation-first target state
• Build delivery plans with phased roadmaps, workstreams, tooling selections, and operating model transitions
• Assess and sequence automation opportunities to balance quick wins and production reliability
• Lead operating model transitions including roles, processes, and governance
• Shape and support business development through client workshops and proposals
• Provide thought leadership on intelligent operations including multi-agent orchestration and guardrails
