UKG is seeking a Principal Field Advisor of AI & WF Transformation to partner with Enterprise Sales, accelerating opportunities around AI, Workforce Intelligence, and data products. You’ll translate complex technologies into measurable business value for executive buyers and shape commercial strategy across product, sales, and marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data, analytics, workforce technology, HCM, solution strategy, value consulting, product GTM, or strategic selling.
• Experience supporting or influencing large enterprise opportunities and serving as a trusted advisor to executive buyers and senior customer stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data products, workflow automation, or agentic technologies.
• Experience building scalable GTM motions, field assets, executive messaging, customer proof points, value frameworks, enablement content, or specialist sales plays.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for customers, sellers, and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable recommendations that influence GTM strategy, commercial priorities, and product direction.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Enterprise account teams on strategic AI, Workforce Intelligence, data, and agentic capability opportunities.
• Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, and value-based customer engagements.
• Shape solution vision, demo strategy, proof-of-concept approaches, business cases, and competitive positioning.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, customer proof points, and value frameworks that accelerate AI adoption.
• Create repeatable sales plays, enablement assets, and industry use cases that scale field effectiveness.
• Capture and communicate market insights, customer needs, adoption barriers, and competitive intelligence to influence business strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to drive AI commercialization and market adoption.
