Job summary

UKG is seeking a Principal Field Advisor of AI & WF Transformation to partner with Enterprise Sales and accelerate AI-driven opportunities. You will translate AI and data capabilities into executive-ready value and create scalable GTM motions that expand the AI portfolio’s reach.

You will shape strategy, lead high‑impact discussions, build compelling business cases, and craft repeatable plays to drive market adoption while aligning with product and marketing.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data, analytics, workforce technology, HCM, solution strategy, value consulting, product GTM, or strategic selling.
• Experience influencing large enterprise opportunities and advising executive buyers.
• Strong understanding of AI, analytics, data products, workflow automation, or related tech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise account teams on strategic AI, Workforce Intelligence, data, and agentic opportunities.
• Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, and value-based customer engagements.
• Shape solution vision, demo strategy, proof-of-concept approaches, business cases, and competitive positioning.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, customer proof points, and value frameworks that accelerate AI adoption.
• Create repeatable sales plays, enablement assets, and industry use cases that scale field effectiveness.
• Capture and communicate market insights, customer needs, adoption barriers, and competitive intelligence to influence business strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive AI commercialization and market adoption.
