Job summary

UKG seeks a Principal Field Advisor of AI & WF Transformation to partner with Enterprise Sales, accelerating AI and Workforce Intelligence opportunities. You will translate AI innovation into executive-ready value stories, build scalable GTM motions, and shape market-aligned customer narratives across product, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, AI, data, analytics, workforce technology, HCM, solution strategy, value consulting, product GTM, or strategic selling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise account teams on strategic AI, Workforce Intelligence, data, and agentic capability opportunities.
• Lead executive discovery, AI strategy discussions, and value-based customer engagements.
• Shape solution vision, demo strategy, proof-of-concept approaches, business cases, and competitive positioning.
• Develop executive-ready narratives, customer proof points, and value frameworks that accelerate AI adoption.
• Create repeatable sales plays, enablement assets, and industry use cases that scale field effectiveness.
• Capture and communicate market insights, customer needs, adoption barriers, and competitive intelligence to influence business strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Product Marketing, Solution Consulting, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership to drive AI commercialization and market adoption.
