Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking an AI & Agentic Transformation Lead on a 6-month contract with UK remote work and some travel. You will partner with senior business leaders to identify AI opportunities, translate challenges into AI-enabled solutions and drive value through governance, risk management and adoption of AI-driven ways of working.

The role requires deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs and practical experience delivering enterprise AI transformations across large organisations.

AI & Agentic Transformation Lead

Contract | 6 Months Initial | UK Remote | Some Travel

A leading UK projects and engineering organisation is seeking an experienced AI & Agentic Transformation Lead to support a major enterprise transformation programme.

Working closely with senior business leaders, transformation teams, technology stakeholders and external partners, you will act as the AI subject matter expert, helping identify, prioritise and scale AI initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

This role sits within a large transformation portfolio focused on driving standardisation, operational excellence, governance improvements and enhanced business performance across multiple project-focused business units.

Key Responsibilities
