Job summary

Veriforce is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Intelligent Workflows, to lead AI-enabled workflow experiences across contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance.

You will work directly with customers and internal teams to translate AI strategy into scoped projects with milestones, measurable outcomes, and scalable, compliant solutions. This role supports remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• 7 to 9 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with AI/ML or automation.
• Proven delivery of complex customer-facing experiences.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of AI-enabled workflow experiences across contractor onboarding, credentialing, and operator compliance.
• Translate AI product strategy into scoped, sequenced workflow projects with milestones and outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ship production-grade experiences that are explainable and reliable.
• Define and own outcome metrics: cycle time, error reduction, adoption, and safety impact.
