Job summary

Scale Army Careers is seeking a Senior Workflows and AI Agent Builder to own automation and AI agent creation across regional offices. The role focuses on eliminating manual overhead, automating data formatting and claims processing, and building intelligent workflows with LLMs.

You will work with Claude, OpenAI, and Replit, connect systems via APIs, SharePoint, and BI databases, and collaborate directly with executive leadership in a fully remote, international team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development or technical systems engineering.
• Early adoption of LLMs and AI agent frameworks, including Claude, OpenAI, and Replit.
• Demonstrated experience building, testing, and deploying custom AI agents and workflow automations.

Responsibilities

• AI Agent Development & Deployment: Scope, build, and maintain custom AI agents to automate routine administrative tasks.
• Process Automation & Data Formatting: Build automated pipelines to clean, format, and structure incoming job data before it enters core business systems.
• Database & Workflow Integration: Connect systems through APIs, SharePoint, Power BI, and database technologies.
• Administrative Workflow Optimization: Audit existing administrative workflows across operations involving more than 250 employees.
