Qualifications

• 7+ years of AI and Data Strategy experience including data strategy, data management, and value case development
• 7+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience
• 7+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines
• 7+ years of large-scale delivery experience
• 1 year of experience serving utilities clients or in a utilities finance/regulatory function
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)
• Bonus points for a Master’s degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and opportunities for AI, GenAI, and data-led business reinvention
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI and data infusion
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI tech for growth and competitive advantage
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation
• Define building blocks for an AI-first organization including tech and AI platform blueprint
• Create business case, investment profile, and roadmap to deliver on strategy
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions
• Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities
