Job summary

Accenture in the United States is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager to lead client engagements shaping AI and data strategy, governance and value realization. You will partner with senior stakeholders to design scalable roadmaps, identify opportunities and drive data-driven transformation across functions.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/data strategy, strong program management and exceptional communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 80%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in AI and Data Strategy space including data governance, talent strategy and roadmapping.
• Minimum 5 years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Minimum 5 years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data integration into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess maturity of AI/data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to become AI-first, including tech stack and operating model.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps to deliver strategic outcomes.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to operationalize AI solutions.
• Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
