Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager in California to lead AI-first initiatives and shape data-driven transformations for top clients. You will drive strategy, governance, and operating models across enterprise-wide AI programs, building lasting client credibility.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, craft roadmaps, and oversee delivery while ensuring Responsible AI and data ethics are embedded in all workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in AI and Data Strategy including data management, governance and analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data integration into business processes.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI capabilities for growth.
• Assess maturity of organization's AI strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks for AI-first organization, including technology and platform blueprint.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap for strategy realization.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
