Qualifications

• Experience debugging OS, firmware, silicon, and hardware issues.
• Knowledge of PCIe and CXL standards.
• Strong X86 and SoC memory/power management understanding.
• Experience with platform/system level debugging and BIOS interactions.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Self-starter with ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Understanding of datacenter technologies and their software stacks.

Responsibilities

• Lead system, rack, and cluster validation strategies for AI server platforms.
• Define validation plans for scale-up and scale-out deployments.
• Develop validation methodologies for CPU, memory, BIOS, and related components.
• Collaborate with architecture, hardware, firmware, software teams to align validation requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis of complex hardware, firmware, software and network issues.
• Mentor engineers and drive automation, telemetry, and data-driven validation.
• Communicate readiness, metrics, and risks to senior leadership.
• Ensure test environments reflect real-world hyperscale deployments.
