Job summary

AVIDA, backed by Khosla Ventures, is hiring to build and run an end-to-end AI UGC machine for a fitness and peptides brand. Ideation, generation, editing, testing, and iteration will ship 20–50 TikTok ad variants weekly. The senior role requires autonomous, metrics-driven work, comfort experimenting with multiple tools, and a passion for fitness topics.

Qualifications

• Experience creating AI UGC content across projects
• Strong use of performance metrics to guide iterations
• Willing to experiment with multiple tools and rebuild monthly
• Autonomous work style with minimal supervision
• Interest in fitness, supplements, or longevity sectors is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Own the complete AI UGC pipeline: hooks, scripts, avatar/voice generation, editing, captions, and publishing
• Ship 20-50 ad variants per week instead of monthly
• Run creative testing loops to analyze hook rates, hold rates, and CPMs
• Stay current with emerging tools and continuously rebuild the pipeline
• Manage compliance: TikTok policies, supplement regulations, AI disclosure, and account management
