Job summary

OKX is hiring a Senior AI Creative Innovator (Paid Ads) to develop AI-generated video and animated assets for global paid ads. You will drive growth and product launches by producing high-impact creatives and optimizing performance across markets.

The role requires 5+ years in design with a marketing focus, strong proficiency with AI design tools, and the ability to collaborate across multilingual teams. Remote-friendly, with a commitment to quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years in design with a focus on marketing/advertising in tech/fintech or fast-growth startups.
• Active hands-on proficiency with AI image and animation tools to translate AI into performing creatives.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing from brief to asset delivery.
• Leverage AI to accelerate ideation, moodboarding, asset variations, copy iteration, and production polish.
• Manage AIGC prompts and internal resources to improve design efficiency.
• Demonstrate fluency with generative AI tools across the design stack.
• Present work to stakeholders and advocate for design decisions with clarity.
