Valid is building an AI-native UGC solution from the ground up, recruiting creators and harnessing performance data to craft thumb-stopping content across TikTok, Meta, and Instagram. You will own the UGC creative vision, develop scripts and hooks, and collaborate with media buyers to design data-driven concepts at scale.

The role emphasizes creator management, AI-assisted editing, and a strong storytelling instinct to deliver authentic, relatable ads that perform.

Qualifications

3+ years in content creation, creative direction, or short-form content (agency, brand, or performance-focused environment).
Proven track record producing ads for TikTok, Meta, or Instagram.
Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with the ability to hook audiences in seconds.
Scripting, producing, and editing short-form UGC ads.

Responsibilities

Own the UGC creative vision across clients and campaigns.
Develop content briefs, scripts, and hook variations tailored to platform trends.
Partner with media buyers to design UGC concepts grounded in performance data.
Work with creators to produce relatable, authentic content at scale.
Build a library of reusable UGC templates and assets.
Collaborate with engineering to streamline UGC workflows into scalable systems.
Integrate creative best practices with AI capabilities and performance insights.
Run structured tests to evolve formats and improve results.
