Job summary

Hopper is seeking an exceptionally capable Senior+ Product Manager to lead the intelligence and reconciliation backbone across Flights, Hotels, Cars, and Ancillaries. You will design model‑driven infrastructure that interprets transactional data, generates reference pricing, detects performance shifts, and governs revenue integrity in real time.

You will partner with Data Science and Engineering to productionize predictive models, manage cycles, and ensure measurable, trusted intelligence

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience owning AI-native products and model-driven systems.
• Hands‑on experience with prompts, evaluation harnesses, or prototyping with LLMs as part of PM workflow.
• Strong fluency with SQL and large-scale transactional datasets.
• Experience as AI-native PM with model lifecycle management and drift detection.
• Experience shipping predictive systems, anomaly detection, or model‑driven pricing at scale.
• Experience owning pricing systems, financial reporting platforms, or reconciliation frameworks.
• Deep understanding of marketplace economics, revenue mechanics and pricing strategy.
• Track record delivering complex, cross-functional systems with measurable impact.
• Exceptional communicator across technical, financial, and commercial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end strategy and roadmap for pricing and supplier intelligence and reconciliation.
• Build the supplier intelligence layer transforming transactional data into performance signals and pricing diagnostics.
• Establish the canonical source of truth for revenue, margin, and transactions across systems.
• Design evaluation, monitoring, and feedback frameworks including drift detection and retraining.
• Implement automated reconciliation and anomaly detection at scale.
