Job summary

Hopper is seeking a Senior+ Product Manager to build the intelligence and reconciliation backbone of HTS across Flights, Hotels, Cars, and Ancillaries. You’ll own pricing intelligence, supplier performance reporting, and financial truth across millions of travel transactions.

Lead model-driven infrastructure, productionize predictive models with Data Science and Engineering, and define evaluation and retraining workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including AI-native products.
• Hands-on with prompts and evaluation harnesses for LLMs.
• Fluent with SQL and large-scale transactional datasets.
• Ownership of model lifecycle management and drift/retraining strategies.
• Experience shipping predictive systems and pricing/financial platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for pricing intelligence and financial reconciliation.
• Build supplier intelligence layer from transactional data.
• Govern canonical source of truth for revenue, margin, transactions.
• Design model evaluation, monitoring, drift detection.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Eng, Data Science, Finance, Commercial, and Supply.
