Job summary

Hopper is seeking an exceptional Senior+ Product Manager to architect the intelligence and reconciliation backbone of HTS across Flights, Hotels, Cars, and Ancillaries. You will lead model-driven infrastructure that interprets transaction data, generates reference pricing, detects shifts, and governs revenue integrity in real time.

You will partner with Data Science and Engineering to productionize predictive models, manage model lifecycles, and ensure intelligence systems are measurable,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with AI-native products and model-driven systems in production.
• Hands-on experience writing prompts, evaluation harnesses, or prototyping with LLMs as part of PM workflow.
• Strong SQL skills and fluency with large-scale transactional datasets.
• Demonstrated AI-native PM with ownership of model lifecycle management including evaluation, drift detection, and retraining strategies.
• Experience shipping predictive systems, anomaly detection platforms, or model-driven pricing systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end strategy and roadmap for pricing intelligence, supplier performance intelligence, and financial reconciliation across travel verticals.
• Architect and evolve reference pricing systems using predictive modeling and real-time anomaly detection.
• Build the supplier intelligence layer and transform transactional data into signals and insights.
• Establish and govern the canonical source of truth for revenue, margins, and transactions; design evaluation and monitoring frameworks.
• Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Commercial, and Supply to deliver production-grade, model-integrated infrastructure.
