Qualifications

15+ years in technology services or consulting with AI transformation leadership experience
Experience leading enterprise AI agendas with CIO sponsors
Understanding of industry value streams and AI-enabled transformations
Hands-on with leading AI platforms (OpenAI/Claude/Microsoft Copilot) and cloud ecosystem
Knowledge of agentic AI architectures, LLMs, RAG, AI evaluation, and guardrails

Responsibilities

Lead the AI transformation agenda across the North America portfolio
Drive delivery transformation through AI to achieve measurable business outcomes
