HCLTech is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead AI-enabled modernization across software engineering, DevOps, IT operations, service management, and technology delivery. Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology leadership, transformation, or enterprise delivery.
• Proven success leading large-scale digital, AI, automation, or modernization programs.
• Strong expertise in SDLC, Agile, DevOps, Platform Engineering, IT Operations, and IT Service Management.
• Exceptional executive communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience driving enterprise-wide change initiatives and adoption programs.
• Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Enterprise AI and Generative AI adoption initiatives.
• Consulting-led transformation programs.
• Global delivery and matrixed operating environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute AI-driven transformation and modernization strategies.
• Lead enterprise initiatives across Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, IT Operations, Service Management, and Automation.
• Drive adoption of AI-powered tools, processes, and ways of working.
• Manage large-scale transformation programs, governance, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with senior executives to define priorities, communicate progress, and drive organizational change.
