Job summary

Santander Wealth Management & Insurance is seeking a Senior AI Transformation professional based in Madrid to lead AI opportunities across Private Banking, Asset Management, Insurance and Support Functions.

You will partner with business, Data & AI, Technology, Risk, Compliance and Operations to design scalable, compliant AI solutions and KPI-driven adoption plans. The role offers a hybrid model and global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, CS or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification in Digital Transformation, AI, Analytics or FS preferred.
• 6+ years in business transformation or related roles within financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI transformation plans across WM&I domains.
• Identify AI use cases and map to KPI frameworks and adoption roadmaps.
• Lead stakeholder workshops and drive adoption of AI-enabled working.
• Coordinate with Data & AI, Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Legal.
